Madeline – Lead Bookkeeper
Madeline is our organized, thoughtful, and highly skilled Lead Bookkeeper. She manages client financials with professionalism and care, ensuring every set of books is clean, accurate, and delivered on time. Madeline oversees reconciliations, reviews transaction coding, and helps maintain internal quality standards across our bookkeeping department. Her strong work ethic, quick learning, and natural talent for financial clarity make her an incredible asset to our clients and our firm.
Jeanne – Client Success Coordinator
Jeanne (pronounced jean-ee) is the warm, friendly voice that makes our clients feel supported every step of the way. As our Client Success Coordinator, she helps onboard new clients, answers questions, assists with document organization, and ensures everyone has a smooth, positive experience with our firm. Jeanne loves helping people feel confident and cared for, and it shows in every interaction. She keeps communication flowing and makes sure our clients always feel welcome, informed, and valued.
David – Tax Preparer
David brings patience, focus, and a genuine desire to help to our tax preparation team. He prepares individual and business tax returns with care, accuracy, and a strong commitment to learning. Currently studying for the Enrolled Agent (EA) certification, David is deepening his tax expertise and expanding his ability to support complex tax situations. He approaches every return with thoughtfulness and a desire to ensure clients feel understood, supported, and in good hands.
Jessica Niles, CPA – Owner & Lead Tax Strategist
Jess is the heart behind Maelee and the driving force of our firm’s mission: bringing clarity, confidence, and encouragement to every client we serve. As a Certified Public Accountant and a U.S. Navy veteran who served as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, Jess pairs discipline, precision, and integrity with genuine compassion for people. Her military background shaped the meticulous attention to detail and calm-under-pressure mindset that now anchor her approach to tax strategy and business advisory.
With years of experience in tax planning, complex bookkeeping systems, and small-business guidance across multiple states, Jess helps clients understand their finances in a way that feels empowering—not overwhelming. She blends high-level technical expertise with a warm, supportive communication style, ensuring clients feel seen, understood, and cared for throughout the year.
